1、 Shear resistance of hydraulic shear
Generally speaking, the shearing resistance of hydraulic shears is related to the raw material of steel plate, shearing temperature, shearing speed, blade shape, blade clearance and relative cutting depth. Specifically, it is:
Metal properties: the higher the strength limit of the material, the greater the shear strength, but the lower the plasticity.
Shearing temperature: mainly refers to the temperature of steel plate during shearing. The higher the temperature, the smaller the shear resistance and the greater the relative cutting depth.
Deformation speed: theoretically, the deformation speed is proportional to the shear speed, and the shear resistance is also proportional to the deformation speed, but in cold shear, the deformation speed can be ignored.
Blunt radius: the larger the blunt radius, the greater the shear resistance.
2、 Use of hydraulic shears
1. Leave it idle for several cycles to ensure that it can be cut into plates of different thickness under normal conditions.
2. In the process of shear test, different thickness and clearance of blade should be adjusted to ensure its durability.
3. In the process of shearing, turn on the switch of pressure gauge to observe the condition of engine oil. The shear stress should not exceed 20 MPa, and the factory set pressure is generally 20-22 MPa.
4. There should be no noise when the machine is running. If there is any noise, stop the machine immediately for inspection. The temperature of scissors blade should be lower than 60 ℃ during operation.
3、 Operation rules of hydraulic swing shear
The operation rules of hydraulic pendulum shear are divided into before work, during work and after work.
1. Before work
Before the idle running test, confirm whether the driving device is normal, whether the oil in the oil tank of the hydraulic system is sufficient, and whether the system is closed.
2. At work
(1) The thickness of shear plate material should be determined according to the "relationship between ultimate strength and steel plate thickness".
(2) The clearance between the cutter heads should be adjusted according to the thickness of the metal plate, but not more than 1 / 30 of the metal plate.
(3) The edge of the cutterhead should be kept sharp. If there are blunt edges or cracks, they should be replaced in time.
3. After work
(1) The knife on the board should be placed in a lower position.
(2) Clean and confirm that the machine has stopped completely.
