The cylinder of bending machine is composed of piston, jacket, piston rod, screw rod, etc. The oil leakage of common oil cylinder is caused by aging or deformation of sealing rings on the outer and inner walls of piston. Of course, the most direct way is to replace the sealing ring. Generally, the sealing rings used by most domestic manufacturers are made in Taiwan and Japan, so the service life of the sealing rings is still long. If the user uses a bent oil cylinder to leak oil, the high quality and durable sealing ring must be selected when replacing the sealing ring. In this way, the replaced oil cylinder will not leak oil for a long time. Replacement steps of seals: design according to different pipe benders. Let me choose a common topic! There is a worm gear box in the ordinary bending oil cylinder, in which there is a worm gear and a screw rod, which are connected with the cylinder piston. First take down the screw rod, and then take down the screw rod. At this time, there must be auxiliary force such as crane or forklift to take down. Manpower is very difficult and dangerous.

When lifting the screw rod, you must slow down and do not damage the piston due to excessive force. After disassembly, you will find that there are many sealing rings on the outer wall of the piston, which are generally divided into dust-proof ring, O-ring, sealing ring, gasket, etc. the most important one is the sealing ring. The others generally do not need to be replaced. Of course, if the damage is very serious, it is OK to replace them. When the seal ring is replaced and the cylinder is installed, the assistance of external force is needed. After all the installation is completed, the most important thing is to adjust the stroke of the cylinder and the angle of both sides (which usually requires professional debugging). During the debugging, the pressure of the pipe bender must be adjusted to about 5-10mpa, and then several pieces of thin plates shall be found for test and repeated test, and then the stroke of the cylinder shall be adjusted. Generally, the right cylinder is the base point (depending on the actual situation), and the right cylinder shall adjust the cylinder on the other side until the angle is consistent I'll wait. Then adjust the pressure to the normal value, and find some thick plates to test. This is basically done!
